Memory Of Love lyrics

As a lonely star I dream of you How clear you shine in blue Away from the soil that they buried you inside As the raindrops fill the sky My tears fall for you Please take me away from this life Oh my soul, they drowned you alive In the light of doom the waters are silent Oh my love, they drowned you alive In the light of doom still the waters are silent Hope will perish And lie beneath my lonely light Will wean my broken soul From yearning after thine Above the sky you stand Like a weak and helpless prey This is a song of despair This line was for you to feel I see the flowers above the ground So withered When the clouds hide the sun I sense the hold of bloom with my love I see the flowers above the ground So withered When the clouds hide the sun Still hold your bloom with my love
