VET In The Dream Box lyrics

This is the story about a girl who loves all kinds of animals She was a travel girl, she had to take the stray dogs home She read all the books she had, laid her mind to become a vet By the time she left college she was so ready to save animals But wasn't the way she thought Day after day, day after day Her job injecting abandoned dogs and cats Became a vet, became a vet Hoped to help those animals, but not to take their life Day after day, day after day Her job injecting abandoned dogs and cats Became a vet, became a vet Hoped to help those animals, but not to take their life Not to take their life Then one day she decides to leave this world behind She turns the needle back around and like the dogs, she took a shot This is the story about a girl who loves all kinds of animals Through the blackest clouds see lights, that's shining through A hole in the deepest burrow Day after day, day after day Her job injecting abandoned dogs and cats Became a vet, became a vet Hoped to help those animals, but not to take their life Day after day, day after day Her job injecting abandoned dogs and cats Became a vet, became a vet Hoped to help those animals, but not to take her life Not to take her life Day after day, day after day Her job injecting abandoned dogs and cats Became a vet, became a vet Hoped to help those animals, but not to take their life Day after day, day after day Her job injecting abandoned dogs and cats Became a vet, became a vet Hoped to help those animals, but not to take their life Not to take their life
