As Soon As The Sun Goes Down lyrics

I work all day For a couple of dollars I work all week For the comfort of men Most of the time I fell Why do I bother When all of my sweat Is money for them But as soon as the sun goes down I'll be with you As soon as the sun goes down tonight As soon as the sun goes down I'll be lyin' in your arms As soon as the sun goes down I'll be alright The boss man said I'll get a promotion Whenever I ask Nobody knows For years I given All my devotion And in return I've nothin' to show Nothin' to show But as soon as the sun goes down I'll be with you As soon as the sun goes down tonight As soon as the sun goes down I'll be lyin' in your arms As soon as the sun goes down I'll be alright Maybe someday I'll get up the nerve To go out and get What I really deserve Baby 'til then I got what I need Somethin' inside I really believe But as soon as the sun goes down I'll be with you As soon as the sun goes down tonight As soon as the sun goes down I'll be lyin' in your arms As soon as the sun goes down I'll be alright.
