i guess i've always wondered why life can't be more like TV everything is perfect its the ideal fantasy there's nothing that lasts longer than a 30-minute conflict wish everything that sucks could end that quick that quick that quick yeah everything on tv always seems to work out so ideally everything on TV's the way it should be everything on TV seems to work out so ideally everything on TV's the way it should be the way it should be i wish i had a laugh track to go along wish i was like TV and had my own theme song i wish that i could drive nice cars and travel far away in 30 minutes a day as i turn on my television set i watch the screen and i forget the things that didn't go my way they all just fade away
