Original lyrics
ENHe wishes she was someone else
He tells her what she's not
He fills her head with stupid things
Ideas she hasn't got
But I keep my mouth shut tight
Stumble on every word
Don't ask me what I think
Cause I'll only tell lies
It's not me, it's her
It's not me, it's her
It's not me, it's her
He wishes she was someone else
And when she's not around
He says that I'm the only one
He ever dreams about
(CHORUS)
Are they listening? Are they blind?
She's got his sympathy. And he's got mine.
He wishes she was someone else
It's not me
