Go to work each mornin', face another day Climb up the ladder, do like they say Naughty boy, don't you be no naughty boy You've got to earn your pay Caribbean island, sunny day Maybe it's fishin' in the bay Shangri-La, that must be Shangri-La I'm goin' there someday I'm goin to Shangri-La, I'm goin' to Shangri-La Goin' to Shangri-La someday, yeah Goin' to Shangri-La, I'm goin', goin' to Shangri-La I'm goin' to Shangri-La I'm goin' there someday Ridin' on the wind Sailin' on the sea Free, that's me Picture postcards (picture postcards) plain to see Of the vision in my dreams (Shangri-La) I'm goin' there, I'm goin' there, I'm goin' there (Where are you goin'?) I'm goin' to Shangri-La (Where are you goin'?) I'm goin', goin' to Shangri-La (Where are you goin'?) I'm goin' to Shangri-La, I'm goin' to Shangri-La I'm goin' there
