Tell Me The Story Of Jesus lyrics

Chorus: Tell me the story of Jesus! Tell me the story of Jesus! Tell me the story of Jesus! Tell me the story of Jesus! Tell me the story of the Living Word Who was in the beginning and created the world Tell me the story of the God who came to earth, earth Tell me the story of the God of love Who was filled with compassion, leaving Heaven above Tell me the story of my Lord's incarnate birth, birth Repeat Chorus Tell me the story of the Chosen One Who was tempted by Satan, but was never overcome Living a life within the Father's will and way, way Tell of the love of the obedient Son Whose commitment and loyalty was second-to-none Dying a death declaring more than words can say Oh won't you, Repeat Chorus Bridge: Tell me the reason that He cried. Tell me the reason that He died. How, overcoming death, my Lord, He is alive Tell me the story of the Living Word Who was in the beginning and created the world Tell me the story of the God who came to earth! Tell me the story of the God of love Who was filled with compassion, leaving Heaven above Tell me the story of my Lord's incarnate birth, birth Repeat Chorus (with stepouts and fade)
