ENShe Smiled
The Queen of Fairies:
She smiled and softly she woke
She knew 'cause the wind told
Today he was coming!
She dressed her loveliest gown
She brushed her hair down
Fixing it with laces and flowers.
{Fairies chorus: Brushing down, brushing down.}
"The fairies came to see how pretty she was!
But the love in her eyes was what they admired most."
She appeared descending the stairs
while her king was down there
delayed by her father.
He felt the world out of axis
when he heard her name first.
( The lady's dad:)
She's Guinevere, my daughter.
"The fairies came to see how pretty she was!!!
But the love in her eyes was what they admired most!
