The Work Of Erinya লিরিক্স

He came to my forge on a storm-ridden night Pale skin, deep green eyes, a long braid in sight A sack on the table, voice rough from old pain A scar on his throat like a mark from the ain I asked of the stone, so strange to my sight He spoke low and calm in the flickering light Fell from the heavens on a moonless eve A challenge I took, for no fear would I leave I forged the Twin Blades, the Fenrir's Fangs they call Curved blades of star-metal, ready to maul No edge at the start, yet perfection was born In the hands of the legend, the shadows were torn Uriel, the name lost to time Lord of Shadows, walking the line For twenty-one days I hammered and shaped Divided the star, no secret escaped Two crescent blades, long as a warrior's stride Silver and shadow, with power inside He returned at the well, with that Titanic sword Balanced on shoulders, yet light as a word Water still dripping, I ran for the pair The Fenrir's Fangs, beyond all compare I forged the Twin Blades, the Fenrir's Fangs they call Curved blades of star-metal, ready to maul He swung them with grace, ambidextrous might Black scales on his hands, turning day into night One slash of the void, one strike of the light The rock split in silence, a cut pure and right Uriel, the name carved in fear The Slayer of Umbra, drawing us near He praised my craft, left jewels in the flame But worth more than gold was that warrior's name As he walked to the sunset, my knees hit the ground A legend made flesh, in silence profound Are we safe now, with shadows unbound? I forged the Twin Fangs, now held by the shade Fenrir's Fangs, in darkness arrayed The Absolute Edge, the cleanest of cuts In the hands of Uriel, the world shakes and shuts Uriel, forgotten by years The Lord of Shadows, igniting our fears He walks with my blades, into the night Erinya the smith, remembers the sight
