I'm watching life passing me by And I can feel no sense of progress (It's hard to carry on) Or things are changing too fast for me to follow I'm lost where I am now I thought I would hit the ground But I am so far beneath it I'm drowning in an ocean of anguish and anxiety I am facing down the depths But I'm so far down Swimming with my bare hands Lost with no directions I'm drowning in deep water And I don't know whether I'm swimming To the surface or to the bottom The light that should guide me is the one which blinds me And I can't find any direction I'm drowning in deep water
