Lend A Hand lyrics

Another story left untold About a guy who's all alone, Trying to make it through Some very tough times. Because his mother works two jobs, And his father just ran off. But, you don't know cause' He's not one to complain. Why don't we understand? And, why don't we lend a hand Instead of letting a good kid fade away? At school he tries to hide All the pain locked up inside. He needs a friend, but all he gets is stares. And no one cares. Why don't we understand? And, why don't we lend a hand Instead of letting a good kid fade away? The same thing happens every day. But, we just look the other way. There's no excuse for letting someone go. It's up to you to lend a hand
