Knight Of The Sun lyrics

We're all made of the stars, remains of a forgotten reign Just dust blown in the wind, servants of a sleeping king The caustic and unforgiving eyes are no longer sealed Open your eyes! It's time to rise! Wake up, Sun! It's time for a new day, it's a new dawn Lord of light and shadow The guardian of fire How many names have you had? How many have idolized you? So many times I hate you, so many times I prayed for you Now, I understand This is your kingdom, we're in your hands Rhymes for an unspoken poem Another prophet song The flames of sorrow blazing on To light the darkest night on and on Rhymes for an unspoken poem Another prophet song The unsung hero will rise to dethrone the tyrant As in the script of the play that we lead I'm waiting someday When this land will merge with sky Ant the ocean of tears will be left behind Shine on me today Give me hope, give me wise Let me be who I need to be The knight of the Sun
