Were You There lyrics

Verse 1) Were you there when they crucified my Lord Were you there when they crucified my Lord Oh, sometimes I tremble (Chorus) It was me that cursed your name I rolled the dice your robe to gain I forced a spear into your side Three times that day Lord I denied I was there, I was there (Verse 2) Were you there when they laid him in the tomb Were you there when he rose up from the grave Oh, sometimes I tremble (Bridge) But I'm forgiven, this cleansing flood that washes over me I'm forgiven; I'm covered in your love
