Haunting Picture lyrics

Days were calm and quiet Dived in winter Days were cold and dry I thought I was alive Then my eyes turned red, the impression fades She clenched her fingers and drew the contour lines And she let her hands describe her vision of life A whirl made of fear, frightened creatures standing by Bleeding for, bleeding for their sins and lies The image fills my head, driving me mad Made of red Made of black Made of mixed up colors and shades Dazzled by the picture now, a picture I'll never root out of my mind Locked in an inanimate view, dallied with the page A fight, a bloody fight, an uncheckable rage The death, the death of my fate, like an endless rest She drew a picture, a picture, a picture, a picture shut in my head Made of red Made of black Made of mixed up colors and shades Dazzled by the picture now, a picture I'll never root out of my mind
