Original lyrics
ENThe red creek carries me home, always
Burying my roots where I can breathe
The heart directs me north, always
Where the sky erupts with colours
A faint song turns into a storm
Calling me back to where I belong
Every field and lake you see
Will forever be a part of me
Birch trees on each side
And the beat of my heart as a guide
The wind whispers my name, always
I let it lead me to where it ends
A faint song turns into a storm
Calling me back to where I belong
Memories cling on
As I walk the long road north
