Closer to the Truth lyrics

I'm getting closer to the truth Farther from my youth Who am I to hide Or look for an excuse? I'm drawing pictures of the tear Falling down a face I'm going to draw it until I can cry myself Don't look back Don't look back There's another past Following you I'm getting closer to the truth Farther from my youth Who am I to hide Or look for an excuse I'm drawing pictures of the tear Falling down a face I'm going to draw it until I can cry myself Swallow your pride Swallow your pride If you can get your mouth open That wide ! I'm getting closer to the end Of this cassette I'm getting closer I'm getting closer yet I'm getting closer to the end Of an era Starting my life again Eh, Hey! Don't look back Don't look back Don't look back Don't look back Don't look back Don't look back Don't look back Don't, don't, don't, don't look back
