Original lyrics
EN(Chorus)
There will be joy up in the sky
When our redemption draweth night
We will be happy by and by
There will be joy up in the sky
I work and work and struggle each day
To try and make ends meet
I get up in the morning and I drive it 'till five
So my family can eat
But the thing that keeps me moving on
Is I'm not here to stay
So I keep telling myself hold on
I will get paid someday
(Repeat Chorus)
I go to church to worship the King
For all He's done for me
You might think I'm peculiar and a little bit strange
Well have your liberty
But honey I have only just begun
To let my praises ring
'Cause when I see the glory of the Son
You're gonna hear me sing
(Repeat Chorus)
