Songtext von Osiris

Ancient king and ruler of the verdant nile plains Merciful and glorious, prosperous his domain Devoted to isis, bride and sister beyond death Love immortal in the sky, a sun that never sets Osiris! Betrayal is looming high beyond the mortal plane Treachery and envy, fiery wind from desert plains Chains infernal bind you, by thy brother set's own hands Slain and torn in thirteen pieces, spread across the land Osiris! Set now sails on to the darkest hours Thy life force will rise For thy seed is mine! Horus is born out of Thy bride, and sister's womb Invincible, sworn to avenge The sandgod's doom Castrator, vindicator God of rising sun His eyes of hawk will se you Dead and torn apart And as you sail upon The darkest river proud You'll see beyond, The veils of death are bur a shroud Reborn each year After the leaves fall on the land By isis magic and desire Without end
