Songtext von Julie's Dream

Last night julie had a strange dream (felt more real than reality) Things looked sharp, more bright Than on colour tv Just escape from everyday life (from the real life) Did she have this dream Was in fact this dream having her? Maybe there's no deeper meaning To her dream, to this dream Did she tell the truth Or just act in as role Combination of illusions Which decieved her Just a cheap b-movie in her mind Oh little julie had a dream, She's a juggling girl Oh little julie had a dream, She was all dressed in black And a silken scarf Oh little julie had a dream, She felt free as the wind Oh little julie had a dream, She was dancing alone Told me on the phone Feelings breaking out in visions Memories of a former life Signals sent to her From a hidden ego Did this dream reflect her wishes Unfulfilled needs Prove the longing for a better life
