Songtext von Tears of the Dawn

The soft kiss of rain the night Swelling mists of petrichor bloom Softly bleeding memories beckon Resplendent in the light of the Moon Awakened by the silence In the whispers of dying autumn leaves Caste in the wind fade to rust Haunted by the memory Of her shadow bleeding softly cross the sky A tear for the ever looming dawn To embark in the twilight Faded passage through the silence of the night Kissed by the forlorn of the dark Forever forsaken to wander the tombs of memory Ashen reflection fade to dust Awakened by the silence In the whispers of dying autumn leaves Caste in the wind fade to rust Haunted by the memory Of her shadow bleeding softly cross the sky A tear for the everlasting dawn Dolor Sorrow Contrition Spurred by the wind Fate Beckons Fiercely She rides on winds of sacred death She strikes with the fury of fire Driven by the wrath of the night A whisper Of longing Remembrance Forgotten In throes of fading light Thunder and marrow Faded sacrifice For naught From the rot Of the loam Whispers slowly stir A spell on the stillness of the night The song grows softer Bound by broken memories Eternal shadow creeping Longing for the tears Of the weeping dawn
