Songtext von Rocking Horse

I've been shifting hands I'm a rocking horse I'm a grain of sand On a cosmic course I'm a circumstance Baby take your chance Don't you understand It's a fleeting dance It's a flash of light It's an open hand It's a power stance It's the power of love Take a load off man That's what Levon said Everything is as It's supposed to be Everything is as It's supposed to be It'll be alright If you learn to be It's not what you know That's not what's been holding you down Taking back what you need Pushing back what's been holding you down It's the kindness you see The kind that you give to yourself And no one ever really tells you that All the while Spinning over and over and over and over again All the while Spinning over and over and over and over again It's not what you know That's not what's been holding you down Taking back what you need Pushing back what's been holding you down It's the kindness you see The kind that you give to yourself And no one ever really tells you that I'm a shifting hand I'm a rocking horse I'm a grain of sand On a cosmic course I'm a circumstance Baby take your chance Don't you understand It's a fleeting dance It's a flash of light It's an open hand It's a power stance It's the power of love Everything is as It's supposed to be It'll be alright If you learn to be Cos it's not what you know That's not what's been holding you down Taking back what you need Pushing back what's been holding you down It's the kindness you see The kind that you give to yourself And if only somebody had told me that
