Songtext von Your Light

You held my hand And never let go You made a way into my soul I was lost in my shame Broken and afraid My heart was tired, of carrying that weight I remember all the thoughts I used to have Never feeling good enough, so lost in my head Fighting with myself in the mirror All of sudden my reflection disappeared Your light came through me Your light came through me You unblinded me Your mercy set me free And now I can see What You called me to be You held my hand And never let go You made a way into my soul I was lost in my shame Broken and afraid My heart was tired, of carrying that weight I remember all the thoughts I used to have Never feeling good enough, so lost in my head Fighting with myself in the mirror But it all went away when You appeared Your light came through me Your light came through me You unblinded me Your mercy set me free And now I can see What You called me to be You have broken every chain You have called me by my name Now I'm opening the gates of my heart Your light came through me Your light came through me You unblinded me Your mercy set me free And now I can see What You called me to be
