Songtext von The Blackest of Omens

You sense the presence of the Devil As fear crawls under your skin Sweaty hands hold tight the cross of Jesus As hordes of black arise It's like a jump into the dark void With your feet tied Absurd beliefs of blind salvation Time to let the saints cry He's there, but you won't see him His face, grinning with spite Your nightmares don't disappear with daylight Still sure about that wretched dude? Await the blackest of omens! Let the whips crack, unholy and severe Let those bloody wounds delight the infernal charioteer
