Songtext von EDEN

From nothing and of nothing Conscious in nothingness Where nothing exists Something formless and shapeless Without a face, without a name I believed in everything Then gave birth to myself I've been made of dust, my eyes are open Androgynous just as God intended From nothing and of nothing Conscious in nothingness Where nothing exists Something formless and shapeless I have no face, I have no name But I conceived of everything Then gave birth to myself But from where did you arrive? My body's broken Torn out of my side in E-D-E-N You were so ashamed of being human I just could not wait to leave the garden And pull you into me just as we began Truth will set us free of E-D-E-N I was just a child, now I'm children Both who sympathize more with the serpent
