Songtext von My Dear Lord Jesus

My Dear Lord Jesus, I come before you In sorrow with tears and broken heart Though I once turned away from my Dear loving God He's always searched for me Whenever I come back to you, oh my Lord I find refuge in your embrace Envelope me in gentle love and your grace Comforting me again Jesus my savior I know You're by my side You guided and you've watched over me You gave me warm hugs when I shed tears in my pain You whisper, don't cry, my dear child I am here, standing again Transformed by your promise bit by bit each day In your presence I'll be whole By your side forever I'll walk with you my Lord Can you feel the gentle breeze? Can you see the colorful flowers in bloom? Can you hear the voice of Jesus as He speaks? He's the friend who died on the cross for you and me For you, for me For me For you
