Songtext von Set You Free

On one of her stops, somewhere near the border with mexico Bella listens to the song of seikilos Remembering the mysterious melody from her childhood dreams She tries to find more about it She realizes it was played by a DJ from eldorado fm Her name: Alexandria Bella is enticed by this woman They meet, and sparks fly between them She is the queen of the egypt Cleopatra, golden beauty She is the lady of the city Loving is her way of living I gotta find A way to bring her (home) I know she’s the one Daughter of the nile Sorceress, a woman-child And on the waves of the radio Listen to her voice here and now I gotta try Well, I need her I know she’s the one Oh. Oh, oh Alexandria See you there Shining in the night Give up! Give up all your pretenses I’ll find! A crack in your defenses Lay down! Won’t you lay down with me? This will set you free Yeah, set us free She is the queen of the egypt Cleopatra, a golden beauty Daughter of the nile Sorceress, a woman-child I gotta try Well, I need her She’s the one Alexandria See you there Shining in the night Alexandria Guiding light in the sky Give up! Give up all your pretenses This will set you free Set us free
