Songtext von Pretty As A Rainbow (After The Rain)

She's pretty as a rainbow after the rain She's softer than a kitten and sweeter than cane She's fairer than the flowers that bloom on the hill She's mine and I love her and I always will The first time I saw her my first day in town The strangest thing happen the world spinned around At first she didn't see me so how was she to know My heart almost stopped beating kept on repeating She's pretty as a rainbow after the rain She's softer than a kitten and sweeter than cane She's fairer than the flowers that bloom on the hill She's mine and I love her and I always will Though we've never spoken and we've never met The thrill of her beauty is hard to forget But one day I'll tell her 'cause one day she'll be The joy of my life when I make her my wife, 'cause She's pretty as a rainbow after the rain She's softer than a kitten and sweeter than cane She's fairer than the flowers that bloom on the hill She's mine and I love her and I always will
