Songtext von Down To The River

I am going down To the river Yes, I'm going down To the river I'm gonna pray down By the river Yes, I'm gonna pray down By the river Burry my body Under the wave Just like they carry me In my grave And I'll ride it all Through the water With the spirit In my soul Oh, come with me To the river Oh, come with me To the river Now oh, holy ghost We will meet you And we'll carry you On to heaven Jesus I'm coming With thee for me Untie my body And set my spirit free Then I'll rise up Into heaven Hallelujah Glory lord Then I'll rise up Into heaven Hallelujah Glory lord
