Songtext von Don't Drop the Box

Don't drop the box, there's a cake inside, All over gishy and beautiful, Rosies and posies in sugar and cream, All squiggled over like a TV color dream, Don't flip it or tip it or let it go splat, Please hold it carefully, It says, "Happy Birthday" or something like that, And somebody baked it for me. Don't drop the box, there's a cake inside, All over goopy and wonderful, Choc'late, vanilla, banana and peach, Seventeen layers and a flavor for each, Don't knock it or rock it or let the thing fall, Carry it tenderly, It says, "Congratulations to one and all!" And somebody baked it for me. Don't drop the box, there's a cake inside, All over slurpy and marvelous. Everyone can have some on a paper plate, Icky on your fingers and it sure tastes great, Don't rush it or crush it, you'll mush it that way, Carry it properly, It says, "Happy New Years" Or "Hip Hip Hooray!" And somebody baked it for me. Don't drop the box, hold it! You can have a hunk With a whole lot of gunk, But don't drop the box.
