Songtext von Rock'n Roll Today

I came here j-j-just to forget Lose my head on tanzparkett I've been working like a dog Business all around the clock Hungry kids, expensive wife Welcome to my life Need my dose of rock'n roll Shake it like a wrecking ball But all I hear is bleeping bleep Synthesizer swapping sweep I can't recognize a song Something's going wrong Hej (Hej) What do you play, dj? Give me my rock'n roll today Hej (Hej) Blow me away, dj! I need my rock'n roll today Who said rock'n roll is dead? Time has come to bring it back Banging heads and air guitar Crowd surfing from off the bar Party time - just shake your beer Cos this is why we're here Hej (Hej) What do you play, dj? Give me my rock'n roll today Hej (Hej) Blow me away, dj! I need my rock'n roll today It's been a long time since I rock'n'rolled C'mon dj, put on that record! It's been a long time since I did the stroll You don't have it? You don't even know it? What about some chuck berry? Rolling stones? Ac/dc? Anything with a screaming guitar in it? Like this Hej (Hej) What do you play, dj? Give me my rock'n roll today Hej (Hej) Blow me away, dj! I need my rock'n roll today
