Songtext von Johnson's Blues

Oh, I’ll tell you a history, baby Happened several years ago Was a land forgotten by the time Sweet home Mississippi, where the blues men shine Was an ordinary man, in an ordinary land But darling he had a dream; he had a guitar in his hand Oh Johnson, Robert met somebody new Oh Johnson, devil seems to like you to But men, don’t fall in this mistake Man, you know that is gonna change your fate Was a talent he already knew I’m singing Darling, I’m singing the Johnson’s Blues His sound was unbelievable No one had ever seen that before Cause with the devil, darling He learns how to play and played more Don’t think that this was a gift It always have a price to pay, you know Robert made a deal So the Devil had his soul Oh Johnson, Robert you met somebody new Oh Johnson, The devil seems to like you to But men you just fell in this mistake Oh men, your fate is already change Now there is no escape for you That is just the Johnson’s Blues
