Letra de Uptown L.A.

Tell the preacher Sunday morning I'll be on my way I'll be heading for the west towards Sunset in Uptown L.A. Lord it's hard to find a job when you want it all Got to keep my head up high gonna' pray for it all In Uptown L.A. Uptown L.A. They tell me that the girls are the best in the world in L.A. To have a house up in the hills or to be a big shot movie star in a limousine When the Sunset's down on Vine and a billboard fills the sky with my name I'll be thinking about the years when I couldn't even get the time of day
