Letra de Was It the Acid?

We were lost on a blackened ocean on a boat made out of sticks We were tossed in the frost and attacked Emotion caught in throat Weighed down by bricks Made of gold which we sold And removed with powers we could not quite understand Sang a tune to the groove of the birds and flowers They were all under our command So we sailed on Soon we found that we'd be landing as the pink clouds blew away Heard a crash, ran aground on the beach The sand, it didn't seem how it seemed yesterday Felt it creep in our skin, was a weird companion So we climbed on a magic wave That took us deep To the brink of an expansive canyon Where we found ourselves a cave Just to talk, discuss what had happened to us Was it drugs? Or another occurrence? It's just, well Was it real? Was it just the acid? Wow, was it real? Was it just the acid? Was it real? Was it just the acid? Wow, was it real? Was it just the acid? So we called to a magic carpet with intent to sail away Told the rats in the place that we'd made our home We didn't know quite where we'd stay So we flew to a land that was made of ice cream Ate our way down to the core Where we slept, all curled up in a spoon, companions Like the way we were before Yeah we sailed on Yeah we sailed on and on and on and on and on Was it real? Was it just the acid? Wow, was it real? Was it just the acid? Was it real? Was it just the acid? Wow, was it real? Was it just the acid? Just to talk, discuss what had happened to us Was it drugs or another occurrence?
