Letra de The Critical Letdown

Covered in your bed you lie, Trying your best not to cry. Pillows are soaked from the tears, how could life be so hard? No one asked you to be perfect yet you try and show your worth it, but it all ends up in shreds. ( Chorus ) Would it take a shooting star to show you that you really are what everybody wants you to be? Taste of piece of what you've lost, maybe then you'll see Still you lie in bed and cry, you tell yourself you want to die, when in truth its not at all what you seek. Searching for the motivation is what it takes to make it through the week. Tension in your hands retract as the tears of sorrow turn to black and leave you where you started ( Chorus ) Morning comes you feel relieved, your lungs remember how to breathe, still your eyes they seem to leak. Is the dreading from last night enough to make it through the week?
