Letra de Dance Of Hadassah

You have come too far now And there is a story I’d rather not have to tell On one side were the cats and they were so creepy On the other side the mice So scared, they could not understand As a storyteller and also a witness I invite you to come Hold my hand if you fear This unfairy tale I remember being at home That’s when the cats broke in the door We were taken on a train They pushed us and locked the door It was so dark It was so cold to breath I’ve got very sick My zeide asked for help I never saw him again Come light Take us from this haze Dancing in the shade I believe in the sunshine even on a cloudy night On the warmth of my bed Decades after my past My Zeide came Mein kind come to rest We will never forget! Come light Take us from this haze Dancing in the shade I believe in the sunshine even on a cloudy night Oyfn pripetchik brent a fayerl Un in shtub is heys Un der rebe lernt kleyne kinderlekh Dem alef-beyz Zet zhe kinderlekh Gedenkt zhe, tayere, vos ir lernt do Zogt zhe nokh a mol un take nokh a mol Komets-alef: O!
