Original lyrics
ENThe blood that Jesus shed for me
Way back on Calvary
The blood that gives me strength
From day to day
And washed my sins away
The blood that washed me
And made me whole
It cleansed my body
And my soul
But there is one thing
That I want you to know
About this blood that I cherish so
It will never lose its power
Oh how precious is that flow
That makes me white as snow
No other fount I know
Like this blood that I cherish so
It will never lose its power
Power, power, power, power
Power, power, power
It will never lose its power
