From one love to another you would go
But when I first met you your love was like the summer
Love I never dreamed of turning cold
But then the autumn leaves started falling from the trees
In your heart the season grew colder
The wind began to blow and the clouds began to snow
When your love turned from summer to winter
As the sunlight touches the face of a flower that's how soft your lips were to mine
Your love to me was just like the summer a sweeter love I knew I'd never find
But then the autumn leaves...
