Paroles de Enchantress Of The East

Blood of witchcraft, Circe's spawn King Aeëtes' own firstborn Princess of Colchis Enchantress of the East! Jason haunts her dreams She casts the bones and sees Argo! Arrive from beyond the seas The infant-God pierces her heart! Medea calls to Cthonic Gods Her kettle brims with cyan froth Pelasgian spells in tongue forlorn She gabs at night to aid the Argonauts! Princess of Colchis, enchantress of the east That lured the ancient beast Princess of Colchis, that charmed the ancient beast The Guardian of the Fleece! The guardian of the Fleece That foul, ancient beast Her mystic arts Have put to sleep The path being clear The moon being bright Jason hastens to the prize (The Fleece is seized against Aeëtes' wish) (With laughter wild and free) (The heroes rush) (Back to sea) Medea calls to Cthonic Gods Her kettle brims with cyan froth Pelasgian spells in tongue forlorn She gabs at night to aid the Argonauts! Princess of Colchis, enchantress of the east That lured the ancient beast Princess of Colchis, that charmed the ancient beast The Guardian of the Fleece!
