The Reason For My Blind के बोल

I get around by counting And listening to sounds It's getting quite a habit It sometimes gets me down But there's nothing like a piece of ginger cake (It sometimes gets me down) I've cut it up in pieces And asked for it by name I've kept a piece till later It always tastes the same But I've never seen a piece of ginger cake (It always tastes the same) I've saved a piece for Sunday A long long time to wait Wrapped it up in silver paper See the trouble I take But it's worth it for a piece of ginger cake (See the trouble I take) The reason for my blindness Is not so plain to see I've tried to find an answer It's all the same to me I'd rather have a piece of ginger cake
