Testo di You Always Wanted to Fly

The leaves are bright against the gray-cast sky as October bids them farewell. Falling so gracefully away. More beautiful than we could ever die. You always wanted to fly... Well I hope found your way. This rope's end is heavy and holds so still, but you've already flown away. Years between now and the childhood we left behind, its best not to think about where you let yourself go... Things I'll never know as I prepare to say goodbye to an old friend. Its such an eerie feeling to think I'll never see you again. Something went wrong inside and you were left without the lights to guide you on your way. To carry you through those times when you were so afraid and all alone. To carry you through the pain and hurt that lead you to your fall... and you fall. I'm losing my sight in the candles I light in your memory. Watching the glow and watching it fade away. I'm losing my sight in the flowers that die at your funeral. Turning away and knowing that this is the end. you always wanted to fly well i hope you found your way this ropes end is heavy and holds so still but you've already flown away.
