Testo di Sky Burial

Bury me in the sky To leave the earth Be free of its failings Time does pass Yet humanity lays claim to An endless cycle Of self genocide Repulsed, skyward I flee Eclipsed by disappointment At a world on its knees All I ask of this wretched world Is to be forgotten (No echo No memory) Denounce my kind I yearn To fade into obscurity (No echo No memory) Bury me in the sky To a world Hurtling into boundless woe Despair precedes the drawing of breath Severance from the cycle Refusal of earthly interment Repulsed Skyward I flee Repulsed Skyward I flee
