A defiled body and poisoned blood Blood that now decorates the altar To grant us a necromass To speak shame and death upon us In cynical chorales Delight or chant or scream for venom Oh darksome sacrament Ye all behold our orgiastic blasphemy! This ain't no body (or bread) This ain't no blood (or wine) Necroeucharist! Let us now ignite our choler*! What has become of ancient prophecies?! What of apocalyptic menaces?! A mere mass for the dead, a necroeucharist! *anger or ill humour
