Macabre Feast 歌詞

On the peak of the sacred mount Where the wind howls laments Stands an altar of black stone Stained with blood and pride The priest, with obsidian eyes Raises a knife towards the sky While the drums resound Announcing the hour to kill The blood falls down the steps Staining the earth red crimson A feast for the deities Who watch from the darkness here The screams are heard in this darkness Ancestral laments, infernal offerings The black stone feeds on pain In a pagan ritual of cruel fervor The earth opens, thirsty and voracious, receiving the sacrifice with brutal hate The bodies fall, to the mouth of the lords of death The God ascends, with his great fury The scythe dances, the blood will never cease Shattered skulls, souls in pain The God rises, with insatiable thirst The bodies pile up, in a detestable feast The earth is stained, with blood and pain The bodies pile up, like a dark pyramid A monument to cruelty While the Sun hides In an eclipse of eternity The sated gods, smile from above With sharp teeth and eyes of evil Shadows dance on the cold stone Echoes of weeping and prayers The thirsty earth is satiated With the essence of lost souls The echo of the drums fades away In the eternal and endless night Only the obsidian altar remains Silent witness to the feast
