This is the one that the prophets spoke of
He has descended from the heavens to give us his love
This is the one that the prophets spoke of
He has given us his spirit like the wings of a dove
And everyone who comes to him, he will receive them
He only speaks the truth, he'll not deceive them
He came to save, to him we can confess
He'll take our sins as far as the east is from the west
He shall return and shake the earth with thunder
At his appearing there'll be mighty signs and wonders
And all his sons he will put to the test
And as you trust in him, he will give you perfect rest
This is the one that the prophets spoke of
His name is Jesus
This is the one that the prophets spoke of
His name is Jesus
His name is Jesus
His name is yeshua
