My Tears Come Falling Down Like Rain 歌詞

Desmond is a big man, he is six foot one He brought home an organ, just to have some fun Pressure got too much, stardom take it's toll Woh, his life is just one big black hole Woh, Desmond you should've held your head up high Not be dispirited when your feeling gets you down As I sat there watching Desmond acting like a clown My tears come falling down like rain My tears come falling down like rain Alton was a hard man yes we all agree Him sacrifice life for his family Policeman come, put him in a jail You should've heard old Alton wail Oh Alton, you should've held your head up high Not be dispirited when your feeling gets you down Now they come and tell me he's lying dead in a cell My tears come falling down like rain My tears come falling down like rain Come from Jamaica, I was eight years old I didn't want to, I had to do what I was told Stepmother brought me up, she taught me right from wrong Every night, she used to sing this little song Woh, children you've got to hold your head up high Not be dispirited when your feeling gets you down When I think about my family the joy just makes me cry My tears come falling down like rain My tears come falling down like rain My tears come falling down like rain, rain, rain yeah
