To The End Of The World 가사

It was the summer of 1909 When a few men set out to reach the north pole The hope in their hearts And the pride in their glances With the trust in god they marched on and on No one know how the journey would end In the white desert up north Hundreds of miles in the loneliness The only aim was to hold out The equipment that had cost their savings Tortured them with every step The taste of freedom was already gone And changed into fighting the world No one know how the journey would end In the white desert up north Hundreds of miles in the loneliness The only aim was to stay Glory and death went heand in hand On their long way to the pole Despair and coldness were nobody's friend On their painful way [chorus] To the end of the world To the end of the world To the end of the world Solo: frank After several weeks they reached their goal Exhaustion and triumph were one To find glory and fame they had taken any risk But not all of them came home again Glory and death went heand in hand On their long way to the pole Despair and coldness were nobody's friend On their painful way [chorus]
