Текст песни Words

Words, they can hurt or heal Cover or reveal, the choice is yours Make this world a better place For words can bring death or life Peace or strife We're all responsible for what we say So don't tear your brother down Or make your sister frown We're all in God's family Speak the words of life Speak the words of life into their soul Words can be merciful or unkind True or full of lies, the choice is yours Make this world a better place For words can encourage or bring low Advise or fool the soul We're all responsible for what we say What's the first thing you do After you've heard the news That someone has fallen Do you drop to your knees, pray for mercy Or do you start talking How do you feel, does it build your esteem Knowing someone else bites the dust But You're still standing What you've got to know Is that you reap what you sow The tides will turn, and soon you'll learn
