Original lyrics
ENWhen It Is Christmas
When snow covers the ground
And the lakes are frozen
And the eye of the sun is extinguished
When the swallow is far away from here
And the forest is empty and silent
There's a warm breath in the winter weather
When it's Christmas, When it's Christmas
Nobody remembers worries nor concerns
Nor feels the biting frost
Only a song echoes from children's mouths
And the eyes glow because of joy
Candels are shining from the christmas tree
When it's Christmas, When it's Christmas
