The New Ground Floor lyrics

Get better now Work harder now Think straighter now Act smarter now Your boot straps aren't your problem Because no one has boot straps anymore Set your sights on the basement Because the basement is the new ground floor Down there with any luck Someone just might remember you exist While you contrast in your mind Your workplace with the first girl that you kissed (Is this as good as it gets?)
