His Eye Is On The Sparrow lyrics

Why should I feel discouraged? Why should the shadows come? And why should my heart feel lonely? And long for heaven and home When Jesus is my portion Oh our constant friend is He His eye is on the sparrow And I know He watches over me His eye is on the sparrow And I know He watched me I sing because I’m happy I sing because I’m free His eye (his eye) is on the sparrow (sparrow) And I know (I know) He watches me (he watchin' me) His eye is on the sparrow And I know He watches (I know, I know) I know He watches Yeah I know He watches me I, I sing because I’m happy I sing (I sing) because (because) I’m free His eye is on the sparrow And I know He watches me (He watches me) His eye is on the sparrow And I know He watches me I know He watches me
